The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially opened a dedicated portal for candidates to submit complaints regarding issues with their 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results.
This move comes in response to the numerous concerns raised by candidates and parents following the release of the 2025 JAMB results.
If you, your child, or someone you know wrote the 2025 UTME and received a result that appears inaccurate or suspiciously low despite adequate preparation, JAMB is giving you one final opportunity to raise a formal complaint.
According to JAMB, its technical team is actively reviewing all submitted issues, but no new complaints will be entertained after today, Monday.

The result doesn’t accurately reflect my performance, and rumors has it that some accredited centers for Jamb during the exams were experiencing glitches which might have been the reason for the upturn of results.

I believe I performed very well in the exam because I found most questions familiar due to the constant reading and practice. But the aggregate score(150) displayed on my inbox left me completely shattered.
I had 242 the previous year and wasn’t given admission by jamb let alone my aspiring university.
Please and please I wouldn’t like to have another year wasted, kindly do a review on the results. The least you can do is to ensure a stable education system and watch us grow in various fields.
Honestly I’m kind of disappointed with jamb;
Some of my questions had misappropriate instructions or no instructions at all
Some of my questions had one option appear twice in one question

The result am seeing for this UTME exam is very unexpected,i don’t believe am the owner of the result i saw because i did very well in this exam
